Lucy Seymour

Lucy, 28 years old, was born in Devon in 1984 and grew up in Crediton in mid Devon. She has a large family, including seven brothers and a sister, who live in various countries around the world.

After completing school and college, Lucy took a year off education during which she travelled to Thailand and worked as an English teacher in a primary school in the north of the country. Upon returning to the UK in 2003, Lucy went to University in Nottingham and studied law.

Upon completing her degree and post graduate education, Lucy joined the legal department of Devon & Cornwall police in 2007, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. Lucy continues to work as a legal advisor to the police.

Lucy enjoys a variety of sports including running, snowboarding, mountain biking and climbing. She regularly partakes in physical challenges, and is planning to raise money for charity by running the London marathon and cycling the length of the United Kingdom during 2013. Lucy’s other hobbies include travel, reading and walking.
