Sulina Tallack has worked for East Devon District Council for the last 10 years in a variety of community involvement and project delivery roles.  Prior to this she managed a Young Carers project that spanned half of Devon and sat on National bodies representing this client group.  For the last 5 years she has negotiated, monitored and spent developer contributions in partnership with the local community.

Originally from Yorkshire Sulina moved to Devon to study for a teaching degree seventeen years ago.  She has since married Marc and helped him to set up a successful sound engineering company which is run from the market town of Okehampton.  She has two young children, Luke and Nate and an elderly dog called Archie.  She has a keen interest in live music and when she can get a babysitter can be found singing along to local bands.
